Technically, Patton Investments is not a hedge fund but rather an investment advisory firm which may on occasion or in the future manage one or several hedge fund(s).

What is a "high-net-worth individual"?
This expression usually refers to an Accredited Investor, a term defined by the SEC to denote someone with an annual income of greater than $200,000 or a net worth of greater than $1,000,000.
