Innovative Atmosphere

Our company goal is to foster an atmosphere in which individuals are encouraged to work independently with a lot of latitude in order to generate innovative trading ideas. One of the ways we foster this atmosphere is by granting our trading and research staff "20% Time" which permits them to work on finance-related projects that are not directly related to their current tasks. We also have bi-weekly "Salon" sessions where people share their projects with the rest of the firm. We believe this cross-pollinization of ideas is a key component to discovering novel and profitable trading ideas.

No, these notions of Integrity are the soul of Patton Investments and thus permeate the firm in all its activities: from the ways it gathers and trades information to the manner in which employees are treated. We feel this culture is the most respectful and generative way to earn a living; and we happen to feel that is a culture that clients expect and that employees deserve.
